Refund & Exchange Policy

In addition to your consumer law rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing:

· The item/s must be returned within 14 days.

· The item/s must be in original condition as purchased and all labels attached.

All returns and exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bambi & Miller. Any postage costs will not be refunded and postage costs when returning items will not be compensated. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and standard postage cost when sending new item/s will be payable by the purchaser, unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumer law rights (eg. They are faulty or don’t match the description).
